Nice family restaurant. All the food we tried was great. Service was excellent. Taco pizza was yummy. Crazy bread is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I live in Michigan. My family is from Phelps. I always look forward to stopping at Hornets for a strawberry burrito or cheese bread. I can't visit down home without stopping. ITS A MUST !

Fast friendly service with great food! Always enjoy being here. We are usually in weekly with a group. Parking can get a little trying sometimes, but that just shows how good a place it is. Try the pizza sub and a homemade dessert!

We’ve been going to hornets since I was little, I have always loved their pizza subs, I am so glad they still have them! They are just as good as I remember them as a kid. May have to order several and freeze them at home as we live in NC and it’s a long drive lol. Keep up the good work hornets! My only suggestion is free refills on sodas (soda machine) the soda bottles were in my opinion kinda an inconvenience, however the food 100% makes up for it.
